MASK UPDATE - 19 December
The Queensland Government has confirmed that parents and Santa do not require a mask while photos are being taken. Those over the age of 12 must wear a mask on entry and whilst chatting to Santa before removing it for the photo.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding. Should you have any questions regarding your booking or need to make changes you can do so via the links in your booking confirmation email.
For the safety of all, strictly one household per booking time. If multiple households will be attending, multiple bookings are required. For example if cousins from two households would like a photo together and also as each sibling group you will require one booking for each sibling group and one booking for the cousin group (three bookings in total). Strictly 10 people per sitting – unfortunately in line with COVID19 restrictions we are unable to accommodate large groups at this time.
If any family member is unwell, has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is self-isolating, for example because they have recently travelled or had a COVID test you must not attend your booking. Please contact the friendly staff using the links in your booking email to reschedule your booking.
