Discover the expert tips and techniques behind making traditional fresh gnocchi, as the chefs from Il Gancio guide you step-by-step to a five-star dish that will GNOCCH your socks off!
You'll learn everything from selecting the right potato to cutting and shaping the dumplings for that light, fluffy texture you love.
Once you've cut your own fresh gnocchi, it will be cooked to perfection in a truffle sauce exclusive to Il Gancio, before it's tossed in their giant wheel of cheese. An optional addition is freshly shaved black truffle on the top for a truly decadent dish.
End the class indulging in delicious lunch, mouth-watering dessert and a complimentary glass of vino.

Social distancing will be maintained throughout the duration of the class with each group allocated their own cooking bench space. All attendees will also be required to wash their hands prior to arriving at the workshop.
